At Curlura, we take pride in delivering your curl care essentials safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding South African public holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where We Ship We currently ship across South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Outlying & rural areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is available on orders over R1,050.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, Curlura cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. During peak periods, please allow extra processing time.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out within 3 days at support@curlura.com  we'll make it right.
