What curl types are Curlura products suitable for?
Our products are designed for all curl types and textures from loose waves (2A) to tight coils (4C). Every curl deserves premium care!

Are your products free from harmful chemicals?
Yes. Curlura products are formulated with natural ingredients and are free from sulfates, parabens, and silicones.

Can I use Curlura products on colour-treated hair?
Absolutely. Our gentle, natural formulas are safe for colour-treated and chemically processed hair.

Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

What delivery options are available to major cities?
Express delivery is estimated at 1–3 business days, Standard at 1–5 business days, and Economy at 1–6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within South Africa. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!

How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Is free shipping available?
Free standard shipping applies to orders over R1,050.

What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 3 days of receiving your order for unopened, unused products. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
